About tube ice machine :

1. Tube ice plant produces food grade ice. Tube ice is edible ice. Edible for human consumption, for hotels, bars ,restaurants mixing with wines, juices, etc.

2. Tube ice making plant for the evaporator module and its accessories are installed on a steel frame forms the evaporator module. When transportation, place the evaporator horizontally and upright it when installing. For big tube ice plant, we will send engineer to your country to help with it.

We will immediately mail you the solution to solve the problems within 24hours. If the part is broken for nonpersonal reason,we will replace one for free within guarantee period. But if beyond guarantee period, we will charge market price for the new parts.

Installation

1). Installing by the user: we will test and install the machine before shipment, all necessary spare parts, operation manual and CD are provided to guide the installation.

2).Installing by Icesnow engineers:

(1) We can send our engineer to assist the installation and provide technical support and train your workers. The end-user should provide accommodation and round-trip ticket for our engineer.

(2) Before our engineers’ arrival, the installation place, electricity, water and installation tools should be prepared.

Meanwhile, we will provide you a Tool List with the machine when delivery.

(3) All spare parts are provided according to our standard. During installation period, any shortage of parts due to the

actual installation site, the buyer is required to afford the cost, such as water pipes.

(4) 2~ 3 workers are required to assist the installation for big project.

(5) Any delay due to customer’s reason, it will be charged from the 8th day, USD100/day for one person as installation fee. Free of charge for one week.

FAQ

1, What should I prepare to buy the ice machine from you?

First, we will need to confirm your exact requirement on the ice machine's daily capacity, how many tons of ice do you want to produce/consume per day?

Second, the install place power/water confirmation, for most big ice machines, will need run under 3 Phase industrial use power, most Europ/Asia countries is 380V, 50Hz,3P, most North and South America countries are using 220V,60Hz,3P, please confirm with our salesman and make sure it is available in your factory.

Third, with all above details confirmed, then we are able to provide you the exact quotation and proposal, a Proforma Invoice will be provided to guide you the payment T/T or L/C to close the deal, for all our standard design, we will need about 25~45 working days on the production.

Fourth. After the production done, the salesman will send you test report or video to confirm the ice machines production capacity and performance, then you can arrange the balance and we will arrange the delivery for you. All documents including the Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List will be provided for your importation.

2, How to install the ice machine?

For most air cooling type ice machine, as it is all in one design, you need only connect the power and water, then it can be put to use. Manual book and video will be provided you guide you the installation and operation.

For the water cooling type ice machine or the split designed ice machine, will need to assemble the cooling tower and connect the water pipe..., Manual book and video will be provided you guide you the installation and operation. We can also send our engineer to guide you each step, only need you to take care of the VISA, TICKETS, foods, and accommodation.

3, What if I buy your ice machine, but I cannot find the solution for the problem?

All ICESNOW ice plants come out with 12 months full warranty. If the machine breaks down in 12 months, ICESSNOW will send the parts for free, even send the technician over if situation needed. When beyond the warranty, ICESSNOW R will supply the parts and service only for factory cost. Please provide the copy of Sales Contract and describe the problems appeared.
