Decription:

1 . The evaporator of flake ice machine is where the ice has been generated. It is a vertical placed drum shape container, equipped with the rotating blade which spin and scratch the ice of the inner wall of evaporator. When operating, the principle shaft and blade spins anti-clock wisely pushed by the reducer. Water is sprayed down from the sprinkler, then ice forms on the inner wall. Ice blade then scratches the ice off and ice drops down to the ice storage bin.

2. Spindle and other accessories: made of SUS304 material through precision machining, and conform to food hygiene standards.
 

3. Adopting the internally-scraping ice making mode, the ice blade scraps ice within inner wall while the evaporator itself remains not moving. It reduces the loss of energy as much as possible and normally guarantees the supply of refrigerant as well as no leaking.
 

4. All water supply line are made of stainless steel, high sanitary condition;

The seawater flake ice machine is made of anti-corrosion 316 stainless steel, could be installed on board directly, the inclination angle could reach 35℃ degrees above,while keeping water circulating without over-flowing, keeping machine running normally. Using sea water to make ice directly, then the ice drops into cabin. This will reduce the loading of the boat, save energy.
